Food has been always been on par and frankly kind of surprised me on how good it is for the atmosphere. Pretty good variety for different diet types. Place is basically hole in the wall gem. Service is phenomenal. All the servers/bartenders are great folks. Been here 20+ times for lunch time.

My family and I paid a visit here based on my sisters recommendation. She told us about the food here and we thought…what the hell? Let’s give it a try! Plus I can’t say no to the good old classic cheeseburger and fries on a Sunday afternoon.
We get there and immediately I have to use the restroom. I open the stall, unflushed toilet. No big deal. I’m used to that. I open the next. What I saw appalled me. Used pad and tampons on the floor…the toilet? Well you get the picture. There was only ONE good toilet that worked. But at that point I was disgusted but I held my tongue. My sister was the one that actually complained to the waitress. Her response? “Our cleaner haven’t arrived yet.” Okay. Sure.
Our waitress comes and takes our drink order. What throws us off immediately is that she is dressed in a tank top and pajama shorts. It looks disgusting. The bathrooms were already disgusting and now the way she dressed? Extremely unprofessional. You are serving customers. Try to look a little more professional.
My sister orders Chicken Strips. It’s a staple of hers. It comes and immediately our eyes widen. My mom tries to get her to send it back. My sister is not the one to really complain about food so she sits there and eats it with a Gordon Ramsay like look on her face. That says it all.
My mom and sister then order a steak sandwich. Both couldn’t eat the whole thing. We have had better steak sandwiches (with actual ribeye on it) and this didn’t even look like a steak sandwich. It looked like burnt ends and bread. My mom didn’t even eat her sandwich. Instead it went to my dogs. 😬😬
Let’s talk about the bill. I was fine with paying it and was ready to leave at that point until I saw there was a service charge. For what?! The unclean bathrooms? The way you were dressed? The abysmal food?! Plus my mom even got sick from the food when we got home. I had to point out in the car on the way home that we were charged a service fee and boy my mom was angry.
My sister was even wondering what the heck happened?! She had amazing service here the other day and said the food was way better. Did you change cooks? Did the service decline over the weekend?
Lo and behold, I don’t think we’ll be back. We very rarely come downtown and/or the East Village. There are other bar and grills in the area with much better food. Hope they learn something from this!
9-20-25 edit.
Wow! What a response from the owner! Is this really how you conduct your business? You let your waitresses dress like that to serve people?! Even my mom and sister both made a comment about it and you may think it’s a judgement free zone but it’s extremely unprofessional! You’re lucky we didn’t call the Department of Inspection and Appeals which we could have easily done in this case. Every restaurant that I’ve been to, their staff are dressed professionally and practice good hygiene. Your restaurant clearly didn’t. Learn something from this. Oh and the review is also on Yelp too. :) In case you want to know.

It's an old school ('90s) bar experience. If you like that, this place is for you.

Check your burgers. I cant add a picture, but believe me when I say it was raw. Hopefully this was an off day, but also people can get so sick from this mishap.
2 stars because the fries were good.
I definitely would only come back for the drinks, as they were well made. The food on the other hand....definitely a bar trying to be a restaurant and uses a microwave way too much (I could see the kitchen) and this reflected the quality of the food. Also didn't trust the ranch as it was sitting in the kitchen warming window all night 😅

We went last night for some drinks and appetizers and our waiter was awesome! The entire staff were amazing (Mustafa was our bar tender last night). I had the Spinach & Artichoke dip, and we all shared the Jumbo wings, “Lay off me I’m starving” fries, the Chislic (Tender steak bites…) and we ordered the No More Tears (on tap) which wasn’t as bitter as I expected it to be due to how dark it is. It had a sweet hint to it. The Peanut Butter was also really good.
We came back today to order more Chislic for lunch and we also got the Jalapeño Cheese Curds (EVERYTHING is so good here!)
The waiting staff today have also been absolutely exceptional. Claire was our waitress today and she was absolutely the nicest and friendliest! The bar tender today (Izzy) was also so friendly and helpful.
We will definitely make this a regular stop when in town!

Very good, I got a large salad, made 2 meals!
I came to get something to eat after a long day of work and I still had work to do. Ordered a drink and some food, but the best thing was getting to meet Tricia, the awesome waitress that made me feel welcome, relaxed, and most of all took away my stress. Come out with your work laptop, some headphones and order some Tennessee hot chicken sandwich, then have Trisha tell you a
joke .. ❤️

My friends and I go to Quinton's every Tuesday for their trivia nights! The food, staff, and overall vibes are always 10/10. Definitely worth the stop if you want good service, cozy local vibes, and a menu that has something for everyone.
