“Just had an amazing lunch from Joppa Experience and we’re already planning our next visit! I got the catfish sandwich and let me tell you—the breading was perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the sauce? So good. My team member ordered the lemon pepper wings and said they were “fire”—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere was equally impressive. It felt like walking into a space where everyone knows each other—warm, welcoming, and full of love. Joppa Experience is truly a gem. We’ll 100% be back!“

“This was some of the best food I’ve had in months. The chicken tenders are so moist and flavorful. The batter mixture and the softness of the waffle is as good as it gets. I’ve had the classic chicken and waffles pairing before but never done so well. Arguably the best cornbread I’ve had in my life also. I cannot ~wait~ to come back and to put everyone onto this place.“

“Didn’t get to try much—they were sold out and had to cook fresh chicken (!). The chicken was fabulous. And, surprisingly, not salty. Perfectly breaded, seasoned and cooked. Pieces were mammoth. Mac and cheese was REAL, not boxed or with processed cheese. Heaven on a plate. My wife’s a Southern-raised girl and she said the cabbage was wonderful—no trendy, tender-crisp goin’ on here. We can’t wait to try the fish and everything else!“
