I often grab a quick drink on my way to work in the afternoons --around 2:30ish in the drive thru -- and whoever usually works that shift is phenomenal. The barista is very courteous and professional, but not overtly friendly in a way that seems forced. I get my order with no surprises and with the expected quality. Even when I try something new or slightly modified from the menu, I'm never made to seem like a burden (which happens a lot in customer service these days)....
I've always loved this location and am so happy they take the app now. I wanted to give a shout out to the team working the late morning (11am hour) of 9/7. There was a deal going on, so they had a LOT of orders coming in. I didn't notice til after my order that something had rung up wrong, but the team took the time to make it right and were so kind through the process. Drinks tasted great too! The only thing to note about this location for visitors - the bathroom is...
There's a lot of Starbucks but this is my personal favorite everybody there is attentive nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the drink that you came in for of course it's Starbucks prices but you should know that going in good coffee good people
