I rarely leave reviews on anything but this Starbucks locations deserves one and more. The employees are top tier, they are very kind and patient, every single of one them keep a positive attitude even during rushes. The drinks here for some reason taste a million times better than any other location around Des Moines and I’ve figured that out over time. Overall the joy I get when pulling into this Starbucks is unmatched. I could go on and on. Thank you so much for being so amazing.

Nothing but outstanding! I love this place, I just wish I lived closer so I could go everyday. Most of the people know my name and my orders. If you’re going to choose a Starbucks to visit, this location should be your first choice. There isn’t much in the way for parking, but they are fairly quick in the drive thru lane.

What is disappointing...in the mornings...during the busy times...people pull in and park in the disability parking spots and run inside to get whatever. And...zero disability placard or license plate. And have seen those with disability plate or placard unable to park and have to drive out and re-enter again and again...

The parking lot is to small. The place can hold 30 people easy, it's really big for a Starbucks.
Parking: Located behind store, very small. People park in the handycap spots that don't need them.
Wheelchair accessibility: If u can get a parking spot, you can wheel in the front door. Lots of room to get around inside

This location ranges from bad to barely acceptable depending on their mood. They dont brew well, or mix correctly. They dont pay attention to the recipes on mobile orders. They gave me a tall (sm) when i ordered a grande (md). They fill a latte with foam like a cappucino. When reminded you asked for no foam at all, they still leave over an inch of the cup unfilled after scraping foam off. My flavored latte usually tastes like a burned coffee & cream, even after asking for a remake. Staff also gets rude when you ask for a remake because they didnt pay attention to the recipe.
This store is the reason people feel ripped off by starbucks. I wont be going back.
Downtown doesn't have a drive through, but they're worth parking and going in. Less headache and better coffee & super nice staff.

Being a small town girl, and after having just a rough day and after getting lost, but finally making it to the destination to get some Starbucks ? they were all so kind. It really made my day. My drink was made perfect and I'm super picky and all my drinks aren't on the the menu so they really have to listen and they did great. My drink was made perfect, the service was great. I'd definitely recommend this Starbucks and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the big city
