Pro-tip so you don’t waste time like I did: This Starbucks is in Hy-Vee, but cannot be accessed from Hy-Vee. If you come in through Hy-Vee and walk all the way across the store to where Starbucks is, you’ll find it’s blocked off with no access and you’ll have to come back around and go all the way back through the parking lot, walk outside, and around the corner again. I really like this location. It's super clean. I go there often after working out for a non dairy chai. I prefer this store over the corporate stores. The environment is nice and well decorated. Everyone is friendly and my drinks and food are always good.
It's a good franchise store. They played along when I said my name was Dwayn "The Rock" Johnson and wrote it on my cup. Like any franchise, it's the people who make it work.
