Brittany needs fired asap. She's a childish, rude, disgusting manager. I can't believe Starbucks would even employ someone who makes fun of the way someone looks. To make fun of a birth mark and put the name on someone's drink as "fetty" as in fetty wap, a one eyed famous rapper.... There's a special place in h3ll for her <3 Do better.

Bullying a customer for having a birthmark on his eye, repeatedly calling him "Fetty"/"Fetty Wap", referencing a rapper that is missing one eye. Absolutely gross behavior from anybody but especially someone in a position of power

MANAGER AT STARBUCKS BRITTANY! Was making fun of my man’s eye with a very noticeable birth mark. Repeatedly calling him Fetty as in Fetty Wap a rapper with a messed up eye. Then writing Fetty on my Starbucks drink. Claims she couldn’t hear his name, but that’s a big coincidence. He told me the two girls were giggling and they said “Fetty” as he was walking up.

rude customer service , overheard the workers making jokes about how someone looked cracking jokes thinking they were funny even went to the extreme and put their joke on his cup for his name … extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never come

New management offers poor customer service. I’ve been going to this location for years, and I’ve never had a problem until the most recently. Assistant manager seems to consistently be in a bad mood. As a result, this location has slowly deteriorated into an unwelcoming atmosphere.
This place would be a lot better if they could provide better customer service. The assistant manager acts like she’s above her job. They don’t make you feel welcomed. Being nice could go a long way.
