I’m here from out of town and this is by far the most unwelcoming experience I’ve had in Des Moines. You should hire more friendly staff. The girl at the window was so rude .

Need to pay attention and work closer with each other to give better service. Been a lot of new hires and changes, I get that, and I’m super patient….but when sitting and waiting for my mobile order for over 10mins when shared my name only to find it was done the whole time is miscommunication behind the bar. Step it up guys, wake up, a job is a job but aim to do it well. Makes a HUGE diff to us regulars.

Friendly staff, good variety of menu items. The parking lot and long drive-thru lines are a little weird at this location, but the service is quick, so it's worth it.

I used to want to recommend this Starbucks but after my last couple of visits seem like the atmosphere had changed at this place I never said anything but when you spent $3 or $4 for some coffee that's not fresh that's a no for me and when you don't get customer service on top of it that's even a bigger no I can't give this Starbucks a recommendation you might want to go somewhere else!!!

I don’t go to Starbucks often but decided it was worth a shot today. Ordered a mocha cookie crunch and I understand they put whip on the bottom but I paid $9 for what ended up over 3/4 my cup just filled with whipped cream I got about 3 sips of the frappe itself it was literally maybe a fourth of the cup with my actual drink.

The barista with the hijab was giving an attitude when my dad couldn’t understand what she was saying and the drinks tasted so bad. I go there almost every week 2-3 times a week and this is the first time the drinks tasted so bad.
