The women working today had the most disrespectful attitude. They were cussing, talking trash, and threatened to beat up some customer in front of other customers. Consistently gave dirty looks to everyone. Unprofessional and extrodinarily rude. They of course werent wearing name tags. 01/10/24 at noon.

I went to the Watrous and se 14th street location. It was a bit of a wait to get my order. I was only the second person there.They had a sign (small) indicating they did not participate in the coupon buy one get one. Fortunately, I only needed the one sandwich. I took it to go.

I had been shopping and googled subway restaurants that were open. It showed me that subway on Southeast 14th was open until 10 PM that Friday night. I drove to that location and arrived at 9:42 PM. Went to go inside and one side of the door was locked, but the other was open. Someone was coming out. When I started to walk into the restaurant a little further, the man that was behind the counter was counting money at the register. He said, “sorry, we are already closed.” I said, “I thought that you were open until 10 PM.” He said, “my cash register is already in close down mode so I can serve your “. It was actually very irritating because we drove that direction to that subway because it is on our way home, which is out of town. I could have gone the other direction to a different subway had I known that they closed early. I think that the employee was just ready to be done for the night so closed up when he felt like he wanted to. I can’t believe that would be okay with the owner. I was hungry and in disbelief of his lack of concern.

I stopped coming to Subway about 5 years ago because the staff was very unfriendly and I had to pay a dollar extra if I wanted extra tomatoes, olives etc. I decided to give Subway another try and once again found it lacking. While it was very clean the staff once again were unfriendly. Not once did either employee smile or say hi. As they were making our sandwiches they practically threw the food on the bread squishing everything together. I will go back to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse subs.
