Customer service I received was amazing, highly enjoy Kane’s service when hes making the sandwiches. Reason I’m leaving a 3 star is because I was excited to try the new jalapeno bread, except when it was brought out I was appalled.
It looked like whoever made the bread doesnt care at all about the customers. So i decided on my usual bread. I hope the next batch that is made when I come in again doesnt look like theyre cutting corners..

Subway at the Watrous and SE 14th street location is a quick and affordable meal option. While the service is generally good, customers have noted that the prices have increased over the years, with basic subs now costing $9-$10. Although the staff is friendly and attentive, some have observed that the toppings on the sandwiches can be a bit skimpy, even when the store is not busy. It is also recommended to call ahead on Sundays to avoid disappointment, particularly if craving a cowboy burger. The interior design is modern and appealing, making for a pleasant atmosphere. However, there have been concerns regarding the quality of produce, as some reported massive freezer burn on the items. Additionally, there have been issues with cleanliness, particularly in the fountain drink area, where gnats and fruit flies have been noticed. Despite these downsides, Subway allows customers to customize their sandwiches exactly how they like, and many have praised the work ethic of the staff, especially on busy days.
