On 3/29/24, My mom bought and ate the Philly Steak sub for dinner. At around 5 am this morning, she got out of bed & hurried to the bathroom. She had a bad stomach ache, diarrhea and vomited up most of the processed beef. Of all the years my family has gone to this Southside DSM Subway (or any other Subway), none of us has gotten sick...until this morning.We experienced good customer service. My Ultimate BMT sub was delicious, but my mom ended up ill hours after eating her beef sub. She seems better now thank goodness.NOTE: This Subway seriously needs to have their steak and garlic sauce checked/analyzed for bacteria that would cause a person to become ill.

Got home and 1 piece of meat on sandwich 3 olives about 4 pieces of onion. In other words all bread. Also a steak sub and very little steak on bread drowned in sauce. It so sad you work hard for your money to get ripped off on 2 12 inch subs from subway. Pretty sure we won't be going back. Whatever you do people watch your order being made, we were talking and I'm sorry we wasn't watching.

I ordered a Spicy Italian sub the other day. It was THE BEST Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned; it looked like it could be featured in a commercial! Just wanted to give credit where credit is due.

Two ladies working lunchtime on 1/2/2023 provided excellent customer service! It was my first time using the app for pickup, and I had a few questions. They could not have been more helpful despite having other customers in the store.

Went into this store last night to order food for myself and a friend. Immediately as I walked in I was rudely great by an older woman wearing a pony tail. I can’t specifically remember her name but it was something along the lines or Laura or Lauren. My sandwich was extremely burnt. I asked for toasted, I got charred. When I asked if my sandwich could be remade she scoffed and told me that was the only setting they were allowed to use. I felt extremely disrespected but as someone who is not a fan of confrontation, paid and left with a smile. That woman should not be treating customers with such disrespect. I doubt I will ever be coming back to this subway again. Not like it was that good anyways
Not very friendly staff, was not greeted or asked if I wanted anything. Ordered online, Asked for extra onions and sauce did not get, was not. Bread was in four different pieces. Meat had no flavor or very much of it.
Wonderful experience with employees, wonderful manager who assisted a mentally challenged person ahead of me.
