Tangerine catered a wedding I attended last night! The staff were all SO kind and helpful!! I thought they did a phenomenal job. The food was insane, probably some of the best braised beef & mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. The bartenders were super friendly, kept the line moving quickly, and the drinks were delicious. Highly recommended Tangerine based on my experience!

Food is always good but there's never labels for dietary restrictions or allergies.

I had a great experience with Tangerine catering out 10 Year work anniversary! Their “buffet” display was a work of art, and the staff were so kind and professional - even jumping in to pour 160 glasses of champagne! I will absolutely hire them for another event!

First off, let me just say that Pernilla and Susan were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Not only were they extremely accommodating for my families dietary requirements, but they was flexible, honest, attentive to detail, and genuine. Additionally, the wait staff on the night of the reception made sure our guests were full and enjoying the party, instead of worrying about their dinner plates.

If you are looking for a place to cater for a wedding, reception, both, or just host a get together, this is a hidden gem and wonderfully affordable. I cannot be more grateful to the team that made our wedding reception so incredibly special.

Phenomenal food!

We wanted our entire menu to be vegan and gluten free, and Tangerine delivered!

Even with a guest list that included many people that rarely, if ever, eat vegan food, everyone loved everything. Almost all of the food was gone by the time the wedding was over. The gluten free desserts disappeared so fast!

Their communication, service, and attention to detail were impeccable. They went above and beyond our expectations.

We had a lot of help on the day of the wedding so we told them we only needed them to drop the food off. But someone still stayed and helped get all the food tables set up perfectly!

Will absolutely use them again if we ever need more catering services.

Pernilla was so responsive, kind, and helpful. The catering staff were nice and did a great job overall. The only concern I had was that they did not pay attention to our dessert packaging. Some of the desserts were gluten free and we had requested signage to make sure the non-gluten free and gluten free foods were separated. This did not happen and all of the desserts were mixed in together. This only made a difference to one person, but was a little frustrating given they had plenty of notice and instruction. They also put out the dessert with appetizers which was odd to me and not what was requested, but it all worked out and people enjoyed it. The food was incredible! So many of our guests continue to rave about the food they had. The food and set up were very elegant and fit the venue and wedding theme well. We are so thankful that Tangerine made our day so special!

About three months before our wedding, we had to change venues—and that meant changing caterers, which was one of our biggest fears. My husband and I are big foodies, and let’s be honest—wedding food doesn’t always have the best reputation. But Tangerine completely changed our minds.
From the start, Pernilla was a dream to work with. She was quick to respond, explored every crazy idea we had, and helped make our food and drink vision a reality. From late-night soft pretzel, to a signature celery gimlet, to all the sauces at the carving station, and the incredible desserts—they nailed it.
We got so many compliments from our guests, especially about how amazing the staff was. Everyone on their team was kind, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It made the entire experience feel seamless and warm—exactly what you want on your wedding day.
We can't recommend Tangerine enough. We still talk about the food constantly and can’t wait to enjoy it again at other events they cater! :)

Finding a caterer for a wedding can feel like a monumental task, but I can confidently say that Tangerine Catering made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Our original venue closed just three months before the big day, but Pernilla and the team at Tangerine stepped in and handled everything without a hitch.

My daughter worked closely with their staff, and from the very beginning, it felt effortless. They really took the time to make sure my daughter and son-in-law were comfortable. The tasting was a game-changer; the food was fantastic, and we knew we had made the right choice.

We had quite a few guests with food allergies, and I was really impressed with how Tangerine handled those concerns—everything was taken care of without any fuss. Their appetizers were plentiful, which is often a concern at weddings, but we didn't have that issue at all! The dinner was delicious, and the desserts were a hit with everyone. Plus, the late-night snacks were a nice touch.

Looking back, I’m so glad we chose Tangerine Catering. They made everything so easy and enjoyable, and our guests had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

We loved working with Tangerine for our wedding! We chose a taco bar and it was a hit with all of our guests. One of the reasons we went with Tangerine was because of their variety of vegetarian options — I myself am vegetarian, and a lot of our guests were too, so this was super important to us! On the day of the wedding, Tangerine staff were so kind and helpful and brought us plates of food to make sure we ate. We are so pleased with our experience and will definitely recommend Tangerine to others in the future!

Susan and her team are unreal! They were able to accommodate a very last minute request for December 24th. Without question, some of the greatest Private catering we've ever had. Every dish perfect! Very responsive and friendly at all times. Will use Tangerine again and again!

I was treated to some delicious yummies at a party recently. The staff was amazing and attentive. Everything was perfect. The brushetta and watermelon with whipped feta were my favorites.
