We have visited this location multiple times and it is always a fun environment to grab some drinks and play some nostalgic games! They have a wonderful variety of game choices that everyone will enjoy! Our group is a big fan of the Shotski they offer as well!

Very nice two story arcade in downtown DSM. Started coming here two years ago as it has become a post convention staple for Assembly Required, a local toy show 100% worth checking out. Pizza is great and slices are large. Beer list is good and there is a solid spread of beer types. Only caveat was they must have sold or swapped the GI Joe cabinet with another location. The bartender downstairs had no clue what I was talked about when I asked if it was somewhere else in the arcade. Might be good to train the team on what games are on site. I’ll be back again! Three beers, two slices, and a fiver for games put me at $30 with tip for the night.

Fun atmosphere, good is OK. The gumbo was thick and similar to gravy. I like my gumbo slightly less than gravy consistency. Overall it was good.

Celebrated our anniversary here bc that’s what you do when you were married in the late 80s. Parking, 2 slices or amazing pizza, a beer and $5 of tokens = $20. The hubs has not lost his PacMan game in the past 37 years. Thanks for a great night!

Pinball machines are fun, most the arcade games they have aren’t my type though.
This place really needs a cave shooter, or even an old toaplan shooter. Even one shmup would be nice.

so sad as i was skipped for a slice of pizza BY MYSELF. left alone to deal with a creepy man who’s forced me to give him my socials. then told to wait for pizza. came back and told they had no more. i feel like i could’ve been told to avoid dealing with creepy men that harass customers while the bartender watched and serves them first. the girl is awful every time. love the check in girl she was so sweet and set a bad intention for the rest of my visit to a highly recommended place.

Up down is a barcade where you can play with retro games like skeeball, pin ball machines, and dance dance. They have a selection of shots and cocktails, all video game themed. The place really could be cleaner but the staff is nice and helpful.
