I think the place is great and the service was good. I normally get cake batter/birthday cake and it has never had oats in it. I went to drink it and it had non blended oats in there which made the taste and consistency so off. I’m not sure what happened but I was already done when I started drinking it. 😭

I’ve been to a bunch of loaded tea places between NE, SD, IA and I found this one didn’t have many flavors. Customer service was fine, one guy just stood there the whole time like he was the workers boyfriend. Not much communication from the other worker. No small talk or guidance on flavors or preferences . Atmosphere wasn’t super cozy like other shops I’ve been to. It was convenient location for our hotel though.

I saw this place open awhile back and tried to go several times over the course of a year even though I'm only in town every 4 days. Somehow it was always closed when I'd try to go and the hours of operation never reflected the actual times they were serving even after checking their social media. I think they probably base their hours on how much business they get which I suppose is fair. I'd either be too early, too late, or try to come on a Sunday, etc.
I finally drove by when they were open and decided to stop in and give it a try. I had just finished working out and needed a bit of a boost. The shop is cute at first glance, slightly bare, and could use more seating. The drink menu is vast so I had a really difficult time choosing. The lady behind the counter was very nice and welcoming though I didn't love the drinks she suggested. I had asked for something with limited sweetness and both of the drinks I got were disgustingly sweet, the fake kind of sweet. Sometimes I get a bit of a sweet tooth that I need to satiate but I never crave artificial sweetener. I think they use stevia but it tasted like straight-up aspartame. Needless to say, I wasn't able to quench my thirst and I didn't feel like I was putting something healthy in my body--even with the supplements. My energy dragged after drinking less than half of each one...which is quite odd for me. Maybe it was just me, but I honestly wouldn't feel inclined to go back. Seems like a fad. The other customers that were there who said they go every day do not look like very healthy people. Quite the opposite, in fact. Based on that and other factors previously mentioned I suggest you skip the gimmick and mix your own teas or shakes. Sorry to say, because I wanted so much to love this place. I wouldn't have tried to go every time I was in the area, otherwise.
