Huge portions!! The salad was fresh and vibrant. The chicken strips were breaded in house and deep fried to perfection. The fried mushrooms were the best I ever had at a bar/restaurant it was as if I made them myself. Wash all that back with a blue mon straight from the tap and that made for the perfect dinner for a cyclist on the go. The service was good and the owner was one of the nicest people I have met in Iowa I could tell she valued her guest experiences.
Great local joint. Always incredibly busy when I've gone here in the evenings but usually get a seat pretty quick like and the service is outstanding. Great appetizers and burgers! Stop by Slice if you're ever in the Dike area.

Clean, spacious restaurant with outdoor and deck seating too. Ordered chicken tenders with sweet potato fries, hash browns with onion & cheese, side salads, and fried mushrooms. The mushrooms and tenders were hand breaded!Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. My server was friendly and knowledgeable, and the crowd was social and kind.Bathrooms were very clean.
