“Went on a recommendation, for something different. Great decision to go. Great food, great atmosphere and Doon is a beautiful small town, that we drove around with the windows down, and enjoyed a great summer night out in the fresh air after our prime rib dinner.”
“Beautiful and warm, homey deco. Great smells. Clean restroom. Great service with a smile and great recommendations. Tea, Italian soda and breakfast menu was delicious. Comfy inside and outside seating.”
“Awesome Ribeye. Ordered medium rare and that's exactly what I got. Great quality cut of meat. Perfectly grilled & sear marked. I've had many steaks in the region. Seriously the best steak in a 100 mile radius. Side of spicy fried pickles complimented well, savory and sour.”
“Great small-town coffee shop with a nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Nice selection of coffee drinks, but they can be a little on the spendier side. They also usually have small snacks available. Unique place in that they also have a huge variety of house plants and containers to purchase. Would make a good place to hangout with friends. Features both indoor and outdoor seating. Also an upstairs area with a large table for meetings.”
“The 45min drive was well worth it. The all meat breakfast omelette with side of hash browns was absolutely delicious, tasteful and non-greasy. My culinary instructor would be very proud.”
“Always have great food and coffee. Weekly and monthly specials. Great tasting and affordable food. Breakfast burritos are excellent! Friendly staff, great service, and clean eating areas.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking, doors, and tables.”
“Food was good, and it’s a great atmosphere. We did have to wait a while for our food but they were busy, also the waitress wasn’t supper knowledgeable about the menu but that’s understandable if she is new.”
“I am from a larger city, and accustomed to chain Mexican restaurants. This is a small "mom and pop" (literally) family restaurant. The front of the building is a little tienda that sells imported goods from Mexico. The restaurant is in the back portion of the building. It didn't look impressive, and I wasn't sure what it might be like based on the appearance. Service was quick. The menu was hand-written, which though quaint was also refreshing. I never see hand-written menus anymore. I ordered the chicken quesadilla meal. First an appetizer of tortilla chips was brought out along with some salsa. Though I am ordinarily not much of a fan of salsa, I found their salsa very pleasant and the chips were great. The chips were thick and substantial. I'm not sure if they are made here or bought from a supplier, but they were delicious. The main course, the chicken quesadilla, was served with rice and beans. I often find the rice and beans at Mexican restaurants to be too salty, but these were perfect. The best part of the meal was the quesadilla itself. I don't know what the chicken was marinated in, but it had a faint sweetness to it that really tasted very good. Not being from around here, I don't know if I will visit this city again. If I do, I will return to La Rosita.”
“This place is top notch. We were in town for the day. We were in between shows at the Thunder in the Valley and was going to stop in to order pizza. We knew it was to early for buffet but they had a great buffet almost ready. We all got to enjoy all the great food. I highly recommend this place. Today they deserve a 10.Wheelchair accessibility: Grandson in a wheelchair and the made sure we had an area for him at the tableDietary restrictions: Had gluten free options”
“Only good to say about this location...so the comments in this review do NOT pertain to the Hull location. I'm using this to "voice" my complaint about how Pizza Ranch accommodates online purchases. Ordering online has gone down hill. For example, I used to be able to use gift cards online. It seems that "Deals" do not work often online. There was one point where I attempted to order online and the credit card interface appeared to be a hacked in iframe from someone else. I don't know that I can clearly define what I've observed but it seems to be a degrading service and there isn't just one point in time where it became bad. I have chosen to order over the phone...and have no complaints about that but come on...you can do SO MUCH BETTERKid-friendliness: nothing to say”
“Clean and recently updated restaurant with a modern feel. Variety of options for subs, salads, and bowls. Prices have increased dramatically over the past couple of years! Sandwiches can get pretty spendy depending on what you order. They also seem to use smaller portions/less toppings here than at most other Subways. Staff is usually friendly.”
