The signature dish is a broasted pork chop. My wife had wanted me to try one for a while (she grew up near Rock Rapids) and the opportunity to do so arose when we visited my mother-in-law in Rock Rapids this past weekend. The broasted pork chop was terrific...be sure to be hungry when you go.
