My girlfriend and I went to Apple Bees a couple weeks ago. I ordered the bourbon street chicken while she ordered the impossible burger (vegetarian burger). We ate our food for probably 10 minutes before our waitress came back with a second burger… Our waitress gave my girlfriend a real burger the first time, she’s been vegetarian for over 5 years now. She was very upset and the waitress didn’t really care or say sorry. The burgers look very similar so be careful if you order the impossible burger.

We arrived to what seemed a fairly busy restaurant, but not necessarily with every table filled. We were told it would be a 10 min wait to be seated. Once we were seated, it seemingly took another 10 min to get our appetizer, which appeased out appetites for the next 10 min before we got a burger and salad. The food was okay, but next time I'm told it will be a 10 min wait, I'll drive 5 min down the road for something that will satisfy me as much or more than Applebee's did.
We had a table of 4...waited a hour for our food which was just warm. Brought our yo go order and bill out even before we got our food!!! No apologies or discount for the wait. Tables around us that arrived after us ate and left before we got our food!! VERY disappointed!!!

We had a table of 4 and it took an hour to get our food, she brought our to go order and our check BEFORE we got our food. They didn’t apologize or offer us any discount for the hour long wait. Our food was cold because it had been under the warmer for atleast 30 minutes. Just terrible service overall.

Got a burger with no cheese. They put cheese on it and then picked it back off. Could still see it in in the low spots. After doing all of this they still made the order wrong. When I called she told me to hire another driver to go pickup a replacement burger... The food was cold and soggy as well but the driver blames Applebee's the manager said "It could be the drivers fault so not our problem". It arrived an hour late but all the delay messages were from Applebee's. Very classy place. Spend your money elsewhere.
