Orderd medium rare, 1st one was almost well done. 2nd was rare so i gave up and told the manager not worth the 3rd try as i wanted to eat with my wife not watch her eat while waiting on my food. Went out for a smoke and customer who had too many cocktails tried rudely hitting on my wife while the bartender offered no assistance. They have gone way down hill and we wont be back. They did comp me a drink and didn't charge for the steak..

Our waitress didn't smile much or make us feel very welcome. She forgot about things we ordered. Maybe new at her job??? They were not that busy at all. We asked for the TV to be changed to another basketball game 2x and she never did. She forgot our salad dressing, asked for no tomatoes on salad....got tomatoes, charged me for a substituted side (when there was no charge for it), forgot my refill. I asked for a togo box and wait and waited. Asked again. The table behind me had to ask her where there beer's where.We were here last month and service was just as bad. We thought we would try it again and still not the greatest. Time to take a long break for Applebee's!

After reading some of the negative reviews, I wasn't sure, but I had a gift card, so what the heck.There was a wait while staff dealt with a large group, but nothing too bad. When I was seated, the waitress was right there to take my order. The burger was the best I've had in a long time, and the fries were great.

We tried to go here on February 24th. There was 3 of us and the establishment was only 50 percent full. The hostess informed us it would be at least 25-35 minute wait at 6pm. Looking around there appeared to be plenty of servers. We left instead as a place 50 percent full we had no confidence in what the food quality would be.

I usually don't write bad reviews and understand restaurants are hurting for staffing.We did wait 35 minutes to be seated (understandable these days). After we were seated for 25 minutes, we got up and left, no food or drinks or even acknowledgement that we were there.During that time, our server looked over to us several times from their computer station mostly talking to another staff member. After 20 some minutes, she even went right by us to clear another table and didn't say a word. I can't grade food as we never received any

Ordered an appetizer and never got it. I ordered the grilled chicken and it was the plainest/driest chicken I’ve ever had. Meal was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and never got those, had to ask then after waiting they came cold. Worst experience I’ve ever had there and of course waitress wouldn’t stop at our table long enough for us to say anything about it all. Don’t recommend

Came for dinner with our 4y/o grandson. It took 45 minutes to get a vanilla shake and wine. Ordered all you can eat ribs. My grandson wanted yogurt & strawberries. The yogurt was curdling and tasted bad. We told the waitress and asked for strawberries and whip cream. We got more strawberries and spoiled yogurt. We come to Appleby's a lot. Very disappointed. They did give us a $15.00 gift card.

We ordered the all you can eat special. Did not have the riblets, they were out, Couldn't have BBQ wings, they were out of BBQ. Didn't get any coleslaw, were out of that too. Out of lemonade. The fries looked like they came from Walmart. Was not impressed. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered.
