What happened to the good staff?
This place used to run smoothly with two hardworking employees who handled everything efficiently. Now there are three guys behind the counter—none of whom seem interested in working. They mostly just stand around glued to their phones while the quality has clearly gone downhill. It’s disappointing to see the drop in service and standards.

My family absolutely loves the pretzels at this mall pretzel store. The pretzels are soft and buttery. I personally don't love the pretzels (too salty), but if like a mall pretzel these are nicely done. I definitely would prefer an Aunt Anne's pretzel over a NYC street pretzel.

Used GrubHub, and tried to call store, phone number through GrubHub was no good and same thing with Google search! But, they always have great food!
These pretzels are so delecious! Warm, buttery, fresh and served with the best customer service. I eat here every time I'm in town. Love!

I have never had a bad pretzel from here they always taste like they just came out of the oven and the employees greet you with a smile and tell you thank you have a nice day! Store is always clean as well just goes to show that they care for their place of work. Will definately be back again!
