A company that doesn't pay their bills and scams small businesses. Unresponsive management and gives you the run around for months. Do not give them business!
Ordered online and DoorDash had to wait 10 minutes after they got there for our kids burger. They forgot food, drinks were not right and some missing. Called to discuss with manager and I was on hold for over 22 minutes. Then my husband called and finally spoke with a manager. They sent our missing food but I feel horrible for the DoorDash driver who missed out on other orders for waiting at BWW and some food missing. HOW DOES A PLACE GO FROM BEING A GREAT PLACE TO GO WATCH SPORTS TO THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR FOOD, DRINK & SPORTS??. WAITED 2HRS FOR 12 WINGS & FRIES & NEVER GOT THEM!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE TABLE CAME & WENT, YET WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD .... THE WORST PLACE IN DUBUQUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
