Little biased as I live on this side of Dubuque but the staff is always so nice and fast. Chill atmosphere to study or read, or have girls coffee. My kids love getting a treat and the staff is so patient and encouraging to them when they order and pay.
I walked in and nobody greeted me. Food was biscuit was chewy cashier whispered to me instead of talking. They all had a good vibe just in their own little world. Ha overall it was a 4/5
