I’m so disgusted with management at Burger King on JFK. I went through drive-through and my money blew away 😭 so I told him I was going to go find it. I ended up not finding it after 20 minutes so I went back through the drive-through and waited another 10m. The guy manager said that we have your order and I told him I would like fresh food because it’s been sitting for 30 minutes, my money blew away and I couldn’t find it and he refused to make me fresh food. I just had a nice visit. They were friendly on the drive through. He was friendly at the window. Explained that my sandwich would be a few extra minutes because it was being cooked fresh and asked me to pull ahead. Brought out the food a few minutes later and all was good. Kudos to the guy running drive through. I know we all hear about the screw ups but I'd like the acknowledge the nice job.
