Most of us had a good meal last night however one hamburger was very overcooked. When the manager came by and we told him about it, he put it back on us for not ordering it correctly. The server never asked how we wanted it prepared so apparently if you don’t specify they will automatically cook it well done. I think this should be a question the servers ask rather than a customer remembering to state that.
My husband and I came for dinner. Our waiter Murph was amazing! So caring and kind. Constantly checked on us through out our time there ! He deserves a raise !! He went above and beyond for us!
It feels like tipping is expected even for pickup orders. The staff at the pickup counter didn't smile or even respond when I thanked them, simply because I didn't leave a tip. Tipping shouldn't be expected when picking up takeout
