“We arrived early for our reservation and were told they wouldn't seat us until our reservation time. There were at least a dozen empty tables at that time. We sat just outside the entrance and waited and watched many people without a reservation being turned away. Why? They could have eaten and left before those with reservations arrived later. The hostess was somewhat rude about it.“

“Most of us had a good meal last night however one hamburger was very overcooked. When the manager came by and we told him about it, he put it back on us for not ordering it correctly. The server never asked how we wanted it prepared so apparently if you don’t specify they will automatically cook it well done. I think this should be a question the servers ask rather than a customer remembering to state that.“
