Hu Hot is ok. Customer service/host is subpar. Sometimes, it is hard to get help when needed. Food is ok, and it seems to take longer than usual when they are hardly full. Bathrooms are always clean and well kept. The bar is ok to not really worth the time. I think it's the lack of employees that make this place a no-go for me.
Did not have as much in their buffet as most Hu Hot's that we have been to. Food was cooked well, but they did use the same spatula For everybody's my husband has very hot stuff so we got a little flavor of his hot

My family and I like the food. You can make your own thing. As of March, 2024, the restaurant itself is getting really run down. Our booth seat was so broken you couldn't sit on it properly. The springs in the seat were destroyed. The ceiling art has a layer of grime on it and the walls have holes on them. I won't eat here again until it get properly cleaned and fixed. If the outside looks like that, the kitchen and back areas are probably not good.
