Service and food are going downhill. Sat down and had to wait over 20min for our drinks because our server forgot us. Another 15min for him to come back to get our order for appetizers. Food was well below average, buffalo wing basket had more sauce than wings, brocoli was yellow, steak was tasteless. Leaving the booth, the servers would try to plow over us instead of giving us space to get up. Bud with me got sick from his food. Threw away $80 for bad service and lousy food.I'm not going back. Seem they care more about hiring college men with painted fingernails and nose rings.

Literally were the second people in the door. Watched a lot of people get their orders and we waited for almost 45 minutes and still nothing. We didn't order anything special that could have taken so long. Threw some cash down to cover drinks and the appetizer and left. The Dubuque Mining Company had great food, and it actually showed up in a reasonable amount of time. When we were seated the waitress asked if we were celebrating something special. I should have said yes my birthday. That's in February and this is April. We might have gotten our food by then. Who knows?

Me and my daughter got there 11 at opening, we were the 2nd group seated...did not get our food and we waited nearly an hour. We ended up leaving. Literally tables around us got their food and finished while we sat and waited.

It was my granddaughters birthday my Son took us to me it was really expensive but he was fine with it. My granddaughter made nine that day the staff made her feel really special and I couldn't put a price on that especially since I couldn't afford what my Son had done for his niece and he was proud so it's a day I'll never forget. It was awesome.

I ordered food to go, which I guess I should have checked my order before I left but I am not happy with my $18 salad. (I know out of all things to complain about)I can’t have blue cheese because I’m pregnant , not a big deal, but I didn’t get any other toppings that were suppose to come with my steak salad, except tomatoes and croutons. I had little to no dressing that came with it.Just really disappointing. The steak was great , overall very unhappy, not to mention it took over 20 minutes to make.(Steak was in a separate box)

We had an issue with the wait list. The gal put our name down wrong and mistyped the phone number. We knew something was wrong but when I went to the counter, I was told we have to wait.

Food was fantastic, waitress was friendly, the music was so loud you couldn’t talk or hear your party , they have about 5 or more handicap parking spots but no where for handicap to set! I used my walker but if I used my wheelchair I would not been able to eat there fix this it discriminates against the
