“Bob & Lou’s is hands down my favorite place to get a coffee (or a lemonade, or a chai, or a matcha!). In all my trips to Bob & Lou’s, I’ve never had a bad experience with an employee or a bad drink. The employees are even sweeter than the coffee! It’s so nice to support a small business that cares about its customers and it’s product! P.S. I totally recommend experimenting with their menu—I get something different every time and it’s always tasty!“

“I have been a handful of times and have yet to be even remotely unhappy with my food. up until today my favorite was the avocado toast with egg but today I had the breakfast burrito and its a 20/10!! so good. we did get extra avocado but the salsa was so good too! I also suggest the lemon merange tart!!“

“They have done an AMAZING rehab of this store - I was mind-boggled! It's gorgeous, bright and opulent inside. I got back to my hotel late at night and all the restaurants were closed. HY Vee has a huge selection of pre-made, delicious food choices. Grab a fork, I forgot!“

“Today I ordered lunch and had it delivered. When our delivery guy came, we were missing a drink. It was not a big deal but about an hour later the delivery came back with the missing drink. He did not have to do that but he did. Thank you Panera and the delivery guy for being honest and thoughtful.“
