Came once and had stale doughnuts. Stopped by another time and a very angry woman yelled at me that she was sold out. It’s unfortunate when you put in extra effort to support small business and they don’t appreciate it.

Customer service is non existent! I pulled up to the location at 5:45am to buy Doughnut Boy Doughnuts for my son's 16th birthday. The signs on the doors say that they don't open until 6:00am (the female clerk was sitting down). Like any civilized human being I waited patiently outside. At 6:05am I finally knocked on the door and the clerk looked at me with a very nasty look and said very rudely "I'll be with you in a minute ". Needless to say, I will not be returning! Ever since the new owners took over the place sucks! Go too Hy-Vee!

Stopped here on a Sunday to get a few donuts. The person helping us was very friendly and patient. Great selection of donuts. Even threw in a couple of extra ones due to an issue with the dough they had that morning. The donuts were so tasty and the staff was amazing! Will definitely be back

The donuts do not taste fresh even at 9:00 in the morning when I bought them. Taste is kind of plain compared to even Dunkin Donuts. Thought these were highly rated but Im sorry, they are not that great.

We got 12 donuts. The taste of the donuts were good! The people were friendly. The donuts looked anemic in a sense the were under cooked or colored they just didn't look fully done. The were a bit doughy. I wouldn't have said anything but they were all like that the jelly , longjohns, the glazers all of them.
Very fast and outstandingly friendly employees. Smiles on both of their faces so early in the morning.
