Took my daughter out to the Dubuque DD today at 10:00 am and waited in line quite some time before we made it to the register. The rude girl taking orders let us know the buckets were discontinued and stood there with a “I don’t give a sh!t attitude”. I’d love to show you the pic of the ridiculously weak selection we had to choose from, but of course the app won’t let me (I’ll be sending that up to corporate though). This is by far the worst DD I've ever been to. I used to be a daily DD purchaser when i lived in des moines and ames especially during school now I rarely go and 75% of the time I'm left disappointed, either by the poorly made drinks or by the crap service. I'm so happy a starbucks was put in next to you so at least I know what I'm paying for.
love the iced coffee but I think Dubuque needs one in key West or on cedar cross road so I can go everyday on my way to work
