Jacks chicken palace is a midwestern gem…. A hometown favorite of Dubuque. As a Michigander who comes to Dubuque often I can say that it’s one of the best places around. The staff are great. They run the place like a ship… the food is cooked to order, the prices post Covid are incredible… 10/10 would return. Love you guysTony
December 15th, my lil lady an I had lunch, super fast after getting an order placed ? the breading is light on the onion rings and tenderloin which is a nice treat, does seem like the flavor is quite light but reaches more palates for own customization perhaps. For the money and time and volume of food, one should forget the drive thru and stop at the bird in the sky they call JACKS???

This is the best chicken ever!but they are carry out only,and as soon as you get out of the car,you'll notice that your mouth starts to water,and the wonderful smell of fried chicken hits you,all up and down the block! The staff are friendly and helpful and we love their chicken and sides!so much!!
