I received the best service tonight. We ordered through the app and some of our modifications didn't go through. There's a very picky person in my life that could not eat her sandwich and they made a new one and sent it up. Thank you Jimmy John's for being amazing.

Nice employees. Clean building. The subs are good but they or do it a little on the salt for my taste. I would go back in the future but not one of my go to's.

Tried to order delivery. I don't have a car and live 1.5 miles away. They said that's "outside their radius". So you only deliver within a mile of the store? REALLY?!RE: SEE: DON'T HAVE CAR. Will not be going to a Jimmy John's again. If I can walk there in 30 minutes you can drive here in your delivery time. It's a backwards policy, I've lived in 5 different states, all with Jimmy John's and NEVER been able to get delivery. Only delivering within 1 mile doesn't make it fast, just lazy, and you lose a LOT of potential customers. Goodbye Jimmy John's, I truly loved your sandwiches, but can no longer support your company policies. Good food doesn't excuse abysmal service.

I really enjoyed my tuna sandwich and the service was great. I appreciate the help with my order from the cashier yesterday.
I ordered a turkey Tom sandwich with extra onions and got a turkey sandwich with extra mayo and no tomatoes. That took a really long time to make. Not quite sure what's going on with that Jimmy John's but they need to pull their act together

This store has gone downhill. Takes forever for the delivery, then they can’t even get my order right. May have to stop ordering from them.Dietary restrictions: Asked for no tomatoes and of course, tomatoes were on there.

i order delivery from here a lot and everytime it takes 30+ minutes. i’m currently waiting on my sandwich that has been at the store for 30 minutes already it hasn’t even gotten into the delivery stage yet. very upset i could walk to the grocery store buy everything and be back make and eat the sandwich before they deliver my sandwich. update it’s been an hour. supposed to be getting delivered for the past 20 minutes but i live maybe 7 minutes from the store
