Our delivery driver forgot our mayo packets. I called the store and the manager apologized and had packets delivered in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes mistakes happen, and things get overlooked, but I appreciate the excellent customer service we received!
We always order Jimmy John's for our staff meetings. Due to some last minute schedule changes, our staff meeting was unexpectedly rescheduled to tomorrow late this afternoon. When I called, the manager was able to look up our account and repeat last month's order (I don't usually place the the food order and didn't know what everyone usually gets). I am deeply grateful for your help and your exceptional service. Thank you!!
Wonderful staff. Great communication. Lead guy named Matt goes out of his way to help out customers.
