Our delivery driver forgot our mayo packets. I called the store and the manager apologized and had packets delivered in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes mistakes happen, and things get overlooked, but I appreciate the excellent customer service we received!
August 11th 2026: our coach bus on the way to Field of dreams stopped in downtown Dubuque Iowa at 1:30 p.m. looking for some place to eat I went to Jimmy John's. Never experienced a Jimmy John's sandwich. Text text friend he suggested the porker . And the barbecue chips. The staff what's so friendly. The chips were awesome. They brought some red peppers over to the table to see if I'd like that on my sandwich. I really enjoyed Jimmy John's. I will have to start going to my hometown...read full review
We always order Jimmy John's for our staff meetings. Due to some last minute schedule changes, our staff meeting was unexpectedly rescheduled to tomorrow late this afternoon. When I called, the manager was able to look up our account and repeat last month's order (I don't usually place the the food order and didn't know what everyone usually gets). I am deeply grateful for your help and your exceptional service. Thank you!!
