I appreciate that your inside dining room was open. We met our daughter half way in Dubuque Iowa and needed a place to stretch the grandkids legs and get lunch. They were returning to Sparta Wis. after a week long visit with us in Williamsfield Il. . The food was great and we were able to visit a little before we all went on our way. Thanks for the great service.All our kids love Arby's.😊
Out of all the fast food chains we have been too, this Arby’s has awesome customer service. So polite, 2 different employees interacted with my kids, making them laugh! Good sense of humor. 100% recommend!!

Arby's is a restaurant with mixed experiences. While the chicken tenders are crispy and delicious, the fries can be disappointing, often burnt and oily. The peach lemonade is a highlight, but be prepared for small cups. The restaurant could improve on cleanliness, with dirty tables and neglected decor. Online pick-up is reliable, but drive-through wait times can be long. Menu options are limited, with no vegetarian choices.
