We had our 2025 Wedding at the 7 Hills Ballroom and had a fabulous experience! Right from the start, Kelly was there to answer questions and help us get everything in place. We planned our wedding from out of state and really appreciate how the 7 Hills team worked with us through those challenges. We loved using 7 Hills Ballroom as our wedding reception venue! It was exactly what we wanted out of a venue- it had the perfect space for our live band, DJ, dance floor, large head table, and had lots of table areas for us to place our smaller decor, signage, treats, etc. throughout the room:) We truly loved working with Kelly, the event coordinator, who was very communicative and made it clear that she was invested in making sure we had the best day ever. She was helpful in getting the space set up and tweaking some things with us the day before as well! We loved how the dinner options we chose turned out (chicken piccata and salmon) and were pleased that they could make everything gluten free at my request because of having Celiac myself and many family members with it as well. (Everyone thought the salmon was especially good!) The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was super friendly, the environment is timeless and warm, and the location is great. We were initially worried about the back windows that look into the iron bar courtyard and weren’t sure if it would be distracting during our event especially after dark, but that was not something we noticed or thought about at all on our wedding day! We would heartily recommend using 7 Hills for your event because of the care and professionalism that we experienced while planning and throughout our wedding reception:)

Kelly and the team at 7 Hills made our special day perfect! We felt supported from our first walkthrough of the venue to the end of the cleanup. They took our ideas, added their experience, and made everything happen. Our guests loved the easy walk from our ceremony in the Event Center to the Reception in the Ballroom. The venues are gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the people make these venues an amazing investment for a perfect day!

Kelly was so amazing to work with! She genuinely cares about her clients and makes sure they are getting what they hope and dream for! She was also extremely helpful in making selections and discussing layout design for our wedding day! It’s also worth mentioning that the food you will be served is unreal! We’ve been told numerous times that it’s been the best wedding food people have had! Absolutely delicious :) Overall, everything about 7 Hills Ballroom is beautiful! 10/10 recommend hosting your wedding here!

We booked our wedding reception when the space was under a different owner, and we were so excited to find out the 7Hills was purchasing the area. They were top-notch. Communication was quick and helpful, they were very insightful as to vendors who have worked in the space before, and had our leftover desserts all boxed up and ready for us as we left! We had the best day and Kelly was so organized. We also got SO MANY compliments on the food.

I don't know where to begin! My husband and I got married at the 7 Hills Ballroom on 9.21.24 and it was an absolute dream! Everything was beyond perfect. We worked with Kelly Hall, the event coordinator, and she was simply amazing. Her communication and transparency throughout the entire wedding planning process made it stress free and easy. She is very prompt in her email and all communication. Kelly worked her tail off from the beginning and blew us away on the day off making sure everything went off without a hitch and it did! During cocktail hour we had the grazing table and bruschetta and chose the spinach/artichoke chicken, pork tenderloin, lemon garlic asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes for dinner. Buffett service was quick, easy and efficient. Our guests raved about all the food! So, so delicious. We offered signature drinks and they were incredibly delicious as well! My husband and I are already wishing we could relive this day over and over. 1000000% recommend having your wedding reception or any event here. You won't regret it and will make memories for a lifetime! Thank you again to Kelly Hall and the rest of the 7 Hills staff!!
