Today I ordered lunch and had it delivered. When our delivery guy came, we were missing a drink. It was not a big deal but about an hour later the delivery came back with the missing drink. He did not have to do that but he did. Thank you Panera and the delivery guy for being honest and thoughtful.
another disappointing “would be” catering experience! Hundreds of dollars lost thanks to the catering person in charge!!
