Stopped in Saturday and the person working was helpful with parking information for our stay at redstone inn. I got a tea bomb that had raspberry and cucumber! It tasted fresh and smooth! Thank you again for the helpful information and tea!

Live laugh love the cucumber cooler. The blueberry boba is to DIE FOR. Highly recommend this place!! The staff (Alex and Angela) are super nice and so fun to talk to everytime I come in!

The lit tea’s and protein shakes I get here are always amazing and spot on!! Angela and Alex are amazing with their small business and it gets better each time I go there. Highly recommend the spot nutrition in Dubuque, Iowa!! I love stopping there first before I go some errands!! Hard workers everyday! ❤️🫶🏻
