Had an amazing experience and it was my first time trying Tony Romas, what made my experience special was my server Deborah… she catered to my every need.. will definitely be going back. Overall I enjoyed the experience at Tony Roma's.There was a slight hiccup with the host at the beginning of our visit and that was why service was scored a little bit lower. When we first arrived nobody was there. Then a wait staff member asked if us and two other groups were waiting for a host. We said yes then about 5 minutes later a host showed up. Then about another 5 minutes later we were seated. So we had a total of about 15-20 minutes of waiting to get to a table in...
Appetizers were good, steaks were decent quality and cooked exactly as ordered. Waitress was a little bit rusty but she more than made up for it with her positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Actually really good for “hotel food.”
