Wendy's in Dubuque

“We were driving through Dubuque on our way to visit family right before Christmas when our van's alternator went out. We were able to pull off the highway and ended up right outside this wendy's. With the temperature near zero degrees we got the kids inside with all of our luggage; and the staff here was so helpful to us as we waited several hours for family to come pick us up. They generously offered to put our cold food in their coolers and gave our kids extra toys from the kiddy meals. They made us feel welcome during a time of uncertainty.“

“Food was Fresh no complaints on that but who ever they sent out to bring me my food asked for a cigarette and was pretty upset when I said no. But besides that couldn't even bother coming all the way out the door to give me my food most dropped it. But please train the slower employees that it's never ok to ask customers for smokes or other stuff. Wish I got a receipt to share the ticket number but yea please keep the food fresh“
