I don’t even normally do this.. but I got breakfast from West Dubuque Tap today and when I say this steak was still mooing.. I mean it shouldn’t have even left the farm yet.. when I called to tell them about it, they responded with, “umm, put it in a skillet or something. I’m not sure what you want me to do.” I’m sorry ma’am, but when I pay to go out to eat or get carryout, I don’t find it too normal to have to recook my food. And then for the lack of customer service is insane to me. I was honestly so threw back all I could do was just hang up.🐄🤮

Great food and great value. Free coffee with breakfast. Fries are hand cut and amazing. Friendly servers. Only downside is it's usually 90 degrees inside. 😅

Food and server were great. Location is dark and dated. We went for breakfast and took the kids not realizing how much of a bar atmosphere it had. Food was good but they could have turned a few lights on being 9am.

My husband and I took a little day trip to Illinois and decided to stop at West DBQ Tap for breakfast. It was soooo good!!!! My husband got the Magic Muffin and holy cow it was delicious!!! The service was fantastic and friendly! We will definitely go back again!
