It's a QC hidden gem tucked away on historic Washington St. in Davenport. I had the Al Pastor tacos which were tender and perfectly seasoned. I also had a mango margarita which was delicious and my glass was rimmed with tajin which was an amazing complement to the mango. You can do dine in or carry out but ya gotta try this place!“

Apparently they wake up and just decide what to charge every day. lol“

“I have to share an experience i had with this store.
I placed an online order and inadvertently selected pickup instead of delivery. Since there is no provision to cancel the order anywhere on the website, I called them.
Robin answered the call, l asked if there was a way to change the order to delivery but the answer was no. Robin, in a fit of providing EXCELLENT service, went all the way to their district ops manager and arranged for a credit.
Robin proceeded to help me get a new order and get it delivered. This was, again, excellent service. But it gets better.
When the order arrived, the driver left the food and was walking away when I noticed 1 drink had not been delivered. So what did the driver do? She apologized and went back to get the drink. Not only did she bring the drink, which was great, she brought 2 Church's too. Again an excellent recovery for Taco John's.
And finally, after and hour had passed, what did I get, a follow up call from Robin. She called to let me know the credit had been put in and to make sure the order was correct and if we enjoyed it.
