We stopped in for dinner on 5/19/25. This review isn't about the food, though it was good. I'm leaving this review because the staff was GREAT! There was a challenging customer with a large order ahead of us. The cashier was kind and patient through it all. I believe the cooks were probably new, so the manager was double checking the order thoroughly. The manager was patient, kind, and treated his staff with great respect while helping them with this order. Bravo whoever you are. Managers like you are hard to find.

Don't recommend coming here they have horrible customer service they make you wait 30 + minutes for your food and can't even make your order right also place is Hella nasty inside and out worker there were just sitting and standing around chit chatting the whole time while our food sat there and got cold. Definitely won't be going back here anymore

Friendly and efficient staff. Food was fresh and made in a timely manner. We dined in, it was clean and maintained. The kids coloring pages and crayons was a nice touch and enjoyed by my kiddo. Thank you

Many people are complaining of receiving moldy, rotten food as well as witnessing physical abuse at this establishment. Employees are complaining of being forced to serve moldy bread, rotten vegetables, and having cockroaches and mice in the store. Many have said they have seen employees doing drugs while on the job. An investigation is needed! This establishment needs to be shut down before someone gets really sick.
One of the worst food poisoning cases I've ever had, and all because I ate a burger yesterday. I don't think all burgers are bad, but at least the ones my girlfriend and I ate yesterday gave us a horrible stomach infection.

Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through, got up to the final window and the workers were smoking. The car ahead of us was sitting and talking with the workers and exchanging cups for the majority of this time. Absolutely awful. Never changes always the same amount of time in the drive through and inside.

Walked in order 5 meals waited in the lobby for 30 minutes this is after they made me hold on in drive thru for 15 min so I went in side mind you there was no customers in the store we Oder are food took 30 mins to get in mean time there only two workers a cook and front lobby the lady at the front lobby was wiping off try’s and slamming them down on the counter where you order and where standing shes horribly dressed her shirt didn’t even fit her stomach was hanging out of her shirt ! We get home to eat and two of are sandwiches had hairs in them ! And the pie was missing ! So my mom calls store manger and she says when you come in next time give us your name you get 1 free whopper and 1 free pie after we Oder for a family of five that was 60 dollers ! We will never ever be back to Fairfield Burger King again! There was pee all over there bathroom floor and hadent be clean in a while!

Five out of my last five visits, they got my order wrong. I'm impressed with how consistently they screw things up. This last visit was the last straw. I ordered a #8. It took twenty five minutes to get it, and they didn't give me my fries. The burger bun was so stale it was like eating cardboard. And, again, THEY FORGOT MY FRIES! This place went downhill years ago and just stayed down. Hard pass from now on.
