Had an amazing Ruben sandwich for St. Patty’s Day! The fries were also crispy and delicious!! Very pleased with the service and food!
Figured it had been several months since we had been there and we’d give them a second chance. Well nothing has changed. The service if you aren’t a regular still is awful. The waitress never came back to check on us left the check when she brought the food. They came to the table next to ours every few minutes to check and see if they needed anything and refill their drinks. We had to physically hunt someone down to get to go boxes as we were totally ignored.
Ordered take out from them, but thought it was strange they didn’t take a name. They told me 15 minutes and it would be ready. Went there and took 25 minutes before i eventually had to grab someone to tell them I had an order to go. They went back and told me they didn’t have an order for that. I triple checked to make sure I called the correct number, I did. Very disappointed.

Everyone who works there is so friendly! The food is excellent! I would recommend Fairfield Diner to anyone. When my family comes to town, this is where I take them.

I was pleasantly surprised at the new Fairfield Diner. It was recommended by an employee where my sister lives. The owner very kindly assisted my sister in with her wheelchair and placed her at an open table for us.The food was delicious! I was happy they served breakfast all day long. I'm excited to go again and try something new.
Parking: It was easy to unload a wheelchair accessible

Solid American done food. I think the best dinner on town. Can be a bit crowded in peak times.

Worst place first time and never coming back I’ve ever eaten the service was terrible the greater was so rude when sat down tryed to ask what kinda of drinks they had I was a ignored then when came back with drinks she slammed them down and walked away the pop was flat and tasted like water, the food was nasty the lettuce was old, the tomatoes where hard and the cucumber where days old and when I asked if there was any chunks of tomatoes in the spaghetti they said no but when it come out there where chucks and it was sitting in a puddle of grease and it teased old and the bathroom where disgusting they smelled bad
At the end, tried to confront them about the rude greeter, and they just shrugged it off and didn’t say anything good luck at this restaurant I hope you get better service then we did

Super fast service. I ordered the steak sandwich. The steak was perfectly cooked and well worth the price. It came with fries and a house salad. $16.99. With today’s prices it seems like a small profit margin at that price. The steak had to be 10oz. I’d go back any time.

Had a chicken Philly and grilled chicken sandwich. Between both sandwiches we got about 4 oz of chicken. Chicken was so overdone and thin it was hard to chew. Was hoping this would be better than before. But unfortunately the only thing different is the location.

Ate here with friends 8/24 for an evening meal. I had the baked salmon with French fries and a side salad. The salmon was well seasoned, which was good because I like seasoned food. I would get it again. Others in our party had ribs, catfish and a breaded tenderloin smothered with gravy. I think they liked their entries. The service was efficient, and the young female server was friendly. The place appeared clean and there was ample parking. Prices were reasonable and the menu varied. Definitely would eat here again.
The people were kind, but the service was slow.
They did an amazing transformation from the former restaurant!
The hashbrowns and eggs were good, but the bacon was so overdone. It was not edible ( for me…. if you like crispy chalky bacon, then this is for you!)
The biscuits and gravy were good but over seasoned.
I really wanted to leave a better review… I live in and support this community.
We will try it again as it is a new restaurant in town and maybe they’re just working out the kinks.

We went back to Fairfield Diner and the experience was better!
I got the chicken Philly and french fries …
it was delicious! If you spread out the filling, it’s less bun heavy.
The french fries are crisp and tasty.
We also got a combo skillet, which was fantastic!
A perfect combination…
I absolutely will get it again!
Glad we went back…
