We waited 30 minutes for our food after ordering ourselves on the kiosk. Had to flag someone down to get our cups as there was no one around. The pop machine had no ice and the pop was so watered down! After 30 mins of waiting the lady rudely sat our food on the counter, calling my name for the order. I checked the bags and found no BBQ sauces when I ordered several with my food. I asked the worker for “a couple BBQ” and she handed me one singular sauce with a nasty look. Very unfriendly and dissatisfied with this service.

Just ordered a mc muffin and hash brown. Waited in line for over 25 min and no food. Went in and got money back but the place looked so dirty. Anyway will not go back and believe me im telling everyone. Very disappointed and sad that they run a place like this.

To describe my experience at Fairfield, Iowa McDonald's. It was awaiting game for raw fries and cold food. But the service wasn't that bad. The people who took my order were very respectful, very kind. Overall, the service was great. Just the effort put into the food is just horrible in my opinion.

I ordered pick up and I waiting 40 minutes and then they said we didn’t received your order. Then I show the order confirmation in my email and also on McDonald apps. Then the cashier said the code that you get is not allowed to proceed in our system, shame on them I am back with out anything

The food... It is what it is and it's McDonald's. Set your expectations accordingly. The service... as slow and disorganized as always. Self service order entry has obviously streamlined the process, though it seems to me that order entry isn't the problem, it's the order fulfillment that sucks.

got a big mac from here today and they didn’t put anything in between the top two buns. both pattys all the sauce and lettuce was all in between the bottom two buns?? and there was no pickle when i asked for EXTRA! if y’all’s cooks can’t complete simple orders like a big mac they don’t need to be working there. also wait was awful for how unbusy it was.
