Depends on the day as far as how good and quick they are. I've had hot/fresh food withing 5 min. of ordering, and then also had blah food after waiting 20 minutes before.

They could’ve been a little bit more friendlier the wait time was ridiculous. Rated 10 minutes for my food. Should’ve only been like two minutes.

Vegetarian options: Not really labeled as vegetarian, but you can get vegetarian food there

Parking: They have plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicap signs there, so I’m pretty sure it’s wheelchair. Assessable really didn’t look at that part.

Much nicer space! But short staffed. Food took 40 minutes. Chicken sandwich nice. Noticed beef patties 1/10th OZ!

I have been in the food industry for over 25 years. I have ran kitchens and restaurants. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. I am livid. The "Manager" is/ was a gal who looked to be some doe eyed teenager. My complai may seem minor, and I may seem like a Karen, but what happened is a symptom of behavior and acceptable treatment of a customer. I was in the drive thru, I was told to hold on. 2 cars that came in after me on the other side were helped, before I was, and I arrived before then. I went inside and the manager looked at me like I was crazy, said she had just got there, did offer an apology, however that was it and said nothing more so I just left. The people in the drive thru looked at me like I was crazy and said nothing. I only came there cause I was in a hurry. Never again.

awakenings

Ordered and paid through the app last night for curbside pickup but I never got my order. They locked the lobby door early at.9:50 pm right after I pulled up when they were supposed to be open inside. After a while I went to the drive thru and politely explained that I had been waiting a very long time for my curbside order and the worker just quit responding/answering me. When I drove back around to my curbside spot the employees and a few other guys were now outside in the car parked next to mine literally partying. One worker was stumbling on the sidewalk and talking loudly to himself when he got out of the very smoky car. The stumbly guy and the other guys from the car went in the employee entrance.

At that point I gave up. I'd already been there 20+ mins. and I certainly didn't want stumbly guy making my food. A min. later I drove past the drive thru window and stumbly guy was working the drive thru while some poor lady was trying to explain to him what all was wrong with her order. I need to go in and get a refund but I can't bring myself to go back there right now. I sent an email to corporate. Hopefully they can somehow give me my $ back.

Went throught drive thru ordered breakfeast for my family drive thru was rude waited twenty minutes to get my food went in and complain asking for my food and it was just sitting on the counter they gave my my food went home and started to get food out realized I order 4 burritos and only two was in the bag ! The steak egg and cheese bagels we order was so hard that we couldn’t even bite in them and because I live clear in Richland iowa I wasent going clear back to complain so we tried calling 8 times everytime it rang and rang and then would go to a recording that said please put in your axcess code and then would hang up! We go tonFairfield McDonald’s weekly there always behind , always a long pile of cars cold food , rude employees and messed up orders and always asked to pull ahead to wait for are food ! This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to !
