I am having dinner with my 7 year child and cussing was happening in back in the kitchen. And had another customer left after he said something to them. Pretty sad I have lived here good 15 to 20 years and mc Donalds is just keeps getting worse. Have respect for family and children not kid friendly... there was no ice as well.

The young lady working here needs to learn some manners. I myself have worked in the fast-food business, and I know things can get pretty hectic sometimes. But you cannot yell at customers when they politely ask you to check the order. The young lady first answered rudely. Some bystanders who couldn't stand her behavior complained. Then when the food was ready, she just dropped it on the table super rudely. I hope the management will take some action on that.

If I could I would give a zero. Every time I order from here, whether it be 2things or more, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get my order, and every time there's at least one item missing, it doesn't even have to be busy for this to happen. And forget about trying to call them to let them know, the phone just rings and never goes to a voicemail or gets picked up.

I’ve gone here multiple times in the last 6 months. Drive thru always takes FOREVER (20+ minutes). I’ve tried ordering online for pickup and it is exactly the same- wait is super long. They always mess up my order. They are also out of almost everything. The burgers only ever come with 1-2 pickles when I add pickles. Dry, boring food. On Saturday I went through the drive thru at 10am for breakfast menu and they were out of bacon, eggs, and biscuits. The entire menu was blocked off and I had to leave. Also, prices are high for the terrible quality. I know it’s fast food but they can’t even meet the “fast” part.

The chairs are extremely hard and uncomfortable. We ordered sit down, every table was very unclean, had to wipe down a table for it to be manageable. They never said our food was done. Sloppily made. Half of the burgers were hanging out. I had pickles and mustard on top of my bun. Fries were cold. After getting my food i ate in the

Besides being very slow, they can't seem to get simple orders right.I ordered a simple cheeseburger with mayo, bacon and extra pickles. I received a hamburger with 1 pickle, onions, ketchup & mustard.

For this location, this was one of those rare occassions the food was perfect. Fresh, hot, and crispy. And the service was beyond regular. The guy at the window was polite and actually apologized for the inconvenience of them running out of product and offered an alternative.Normally this location would be lucky to get 3 stars. Just not today.
Tables,floor, counters were sticky. No napkins given or available. Ice machine was spewing out water to the side. Kiosk wasn't working right so was unsure if order went through. Customer ahead of us was waiting almost 20 min. Employees were all in a foul mood towards each other in back. An employee that was off shift came up and helped us as seen us standing there waiting when all we wanted was sauces.

The bathrooms were nasty. Toilets clogged. Tables were nasty. Food all over the floors. Trash over filling trash cans. Over all disgusting. Will not be returning to this McDonald's again.
