Pizza Ranch is a fun Buffet. There is quite a bit to choose from. The fried chicken is delicious! The salad bar is great when fresh and full. There are several different types of pizza to choose from, it’s good. Sometimes we get chicken to go… The to go boxes of chicken have gotten very expensive… A 12 piece dark meat boxes over $30. But it makes for a great splurge night.

The surroundings are pleasant, the facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful and neat looking. The hot food bar was very good (the chicken was excellent), and the salad bar adequate. However the pizza was shy on topping. Most of the frozen pizza at WalMart has more topping. The pizza might be satisfactory if you like real thin crust baked to a crisp and topped with a thin layer of topping. The Pizza Ranch would rate an excellent if the pizza was upgraded.
This is an amazing local restaurant with fantastic staff excellent food and the best service around. They're very involved in the community and do a great job supporting people and events. The staff always has the most best smiles, and great

I was a employee at the pizza ranch in Fairfield Iowa. I’m concerned of favoritism with Stacie and the employees. The shift manager is going to college and taking high school classes. She gets rude that we are not going fast enough because she wants to get home. She yells at her sibling to hurry up. I have walked out of my shift because of her. She had no respect for older employees. Respect is earned not given. She got upset at me for putting a sticky note on request days off. I asked her to not nit pick at me because she does it every time Stacie leaves. She threatened to call the owner Stacie. I told her that’s fine. Stacie told her to have me leave if I’m going to be that way. I’m sorry but I thank Stacie is just as childish as the kids working there. She snaps at us constantly! And hiring us for manager and never train us. I do not recommend working there if you are elderly.

I went in Tuesday to get takeout. The web site said 11 a.m. when I went there wasn't as my food ready. The manager said they open at 11 a.m. but don't serve tol 11:30 a.m. Why would Pizza Ranch put that time on their web page and make people wait! I went in today and got take out. I had to Wait on the chicken about 7 or 8 minutes. What's wrong with this franchise? I love the chicken or else I just would have left again. Other than that the manager, as always was very nice and helpful.
