I just want to say on 12/4/24 3 of your baristas around 9:30-10 maybe a little after we’re super sweet I was having a mental breakdown and was having a rough morning and they paid for my drink and gave me a cake pop it made my day I didn’t get there names but give them a raise!! They deserve it!!

What the heck happened to this store? Ever since Virgil left this store has gone right down the toilet. I guess all the employees have quit. Now there’s adjusted hours. People that are there are so rude. What a shame. This was a regular for me and now I will be finding another coffee place.

I wish this was a better review as there are some super nice people working at this location, but they are consistently out of products (not even seasonal) and have recently adjusted hours to opening at 8. Not an hour that works for those of us with jobs. Have tried to be patient with them, but time to take my morning coffee business elsewhere.

I really don’t like writing reviews that aren’t recognizing good service or products but this location is really not good. The purpose of a franchise like this is to have a consistent experience. How do you mess up cold brew? ?On a positive note, the person who took my order was nice. I guess that’s better than nothing?

I can’t buy Bogo ( buy 1 get 1) in here. Even though it has deals in the starbucks app, and the reason because it's in hyvee. I’m so sad about it.

The last three times I’ve gone to Starbucks the drinks are not made with consistency and they are awful. The employees do not care. They’re too busy goofing off instead of making their customers drinks correctly and they never care to fix the problem. Honestly, it’s one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and when I have complained about it, nothing gets done and there has been no change.. super unfortunate!
