The last three times I’ve gone to Starbucks the drinks are not made with consistency and they are awful. The employees do not care. They’re too busy goofing off instead of making their customers drinks correctly and they never care to fix the problem. Honestly, it’s one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and when I have complained about it, nothing gets done and there has been no change.. super unfortunate!

I went to Starbucks for a dragon fruit refresher with extra sweet cream foam and the kid that made my drink added way to much ice and barely added any sweet cream to the drink, and when I asked if i could have more she said “well that was what I had for left over so that’s good enough for extra” she could have at least be more kind about it…

Nice place to drink a coffee in Fairfield. The espresso is just perfect.They are all very nice. Annemarie makes my day every morning with a nice smile and very professional behavior.

The girls here need to learn to talk and work at the same time. Takes forever to get a coffee due to their messing around and talking. I get the same thing every time and the price is always different. Also if their app scanner ia down, don't expect them to manually enter it, that's to much work.After yesterday's experience of it taking 10 min with 2 other people in line and 4 employees (there was 1 girl solely making coffee, the others were time wasters), I won't be back.

If you're visiting Fairfield, pass on the Starbucks and find a local cafe, it will probably disappoint you less. Drinks with no modifications are a complicated order at this location. Instructions have to be given to the baristas for something that is literally written on their menu. It's just strange.
