They take ridiculous amounts of time for any order to get out, even if there are only 1 or 2 parties I'm the whole restaurant. Waitresses lie and tell you 5 minutes only to wait 20. Not pleasant when trying to eat.

The thick cut bacon was overcooked on my burger. Almost chipped a tooth. And the wings looked to come from an anorexic chicken. Casey's wings are 3x bigger. Do better, you're getting beat by a Gas station.

Disappointing came shortly after we ordered. I went to use the restroom, the stickiness of the door started the scary adventure. The bathroom had obviously not been touched or addressed all day. Dirty, strong smell of urine the sink so dirty I didn’t want to wash my hands in it. Food came way late from time of order, waitress came and let us know it would be soon just waiting on the chicken. So I’m expecting piping hot food, nope. Luke warm chicken, cold fries. We waited 30 minutes before she came back so we could get to go container’s. This was not a busy night, only 1 other couple there. The place was filthy. Shocking how bad it looked. We are not from Ft Dodge. Usually you can count on B.W. No matter what town to have higher standards than this place exhibited.

Placed a pickup order online around 9:30 pm, all my information was correct on the app and i went to pick it up 25 minutes later came in and the first lady went to check the back for it they said they didn’t have my order another lady came out and was very rude when we asked, i showed her my phone to prove that i had sent the order here and she yelled at me saying not to shove the phone in her face i never shoved it in her face i politely showed her. no refund or anything and they proceeded to give us the wrong order aswell.

There were no bone in wings , traditional wings . The waitress was inattentive , had to get my own drink after waiting for over 8 minutes. Got the wrong order altogether was a bad experience. Got sick after eating there too .

Edited review that had been a very negative experience from 1 star to a 4. The store owner reached out to me and was very kind and apologized for the experience, and offered a gift card to give them another try now that he has spoken to the employees that were involved. It is great to see this dedication to making a situation better.

Draft beer is absolutely terrible. Several people were complaining. I tried coors light and Michelle ultra. Absolutely terrible. Other people around me complaining aswell. Ridiculous....

Left without even sitting down. Front greeting desk attended by a guy who said he had stuff to do and walked away. Second person to come to the front talked to one group, said service will be slow due to two servers then walked away. We left along with 10-12 other people in small groups that were standing there in the entrance.

I know they were busy today, and working short.... but we waited 15 minutes or more just to get service. We waited forever to get our food, and the food was awful. My mom's sandwich tasted like disinfectant, mine was cold, and the sandwich was so messy you couldn't pick it up. We never got refills, waited forever for the bill. We talked to a manager, and he was friendly, but could have done a little more to make it right. My mom paid for her sandwich, but I wouldn't have. She didn't eat it!! They never offered to take anything off our bill, and they should have. $60 , for terrible food, and the service wasn't great either.
