There were no bone in wings , traditional wings . The waitress was inattentive , had to get my own drink after waiting for over 8 minutes. Got the wrong order altogether was a bad experience. Got sick after eating there too .

Edited review that had been a very negative experience from 1 star to a 4. The store owner reached out to me and was very kind and apologized for the experience, and offered a gift card to give them another try now that he has spoken to the employees that were involved. It is great to see this dedication to making a situation better.

Draft beer is absolutely terrible. Several people were complaining. I tried coors light and Michelle ultra. Absolutely terrible. Other people around me complaining aswell. Ridiculous....

Left without even sitting down. Front greeting desk attended by a guy who said he had stuff to do and walked away. Second person to come to the front talked to one group, said service will be slow due to two servers then walked away. We left along with 10-12 other people in small groups that were standing there in the entrance.

I know they were busy today, and working short.... but we waited 15 minutes or more just to get service. We waited forever to get our food, and the food was awful. My mom's sandwich tasted like disinfectant, mine was cold, and the sandwich was so messy you couldn't pick it up. We never got refills, waited forever for the bill. We talked to a manager, and he was friendly, but could have done a little more to make it right. My mom paid for her sandwich, but I wouldn't have. She didn't eat it!! They never offered to take anything off our bill, and they should have. $60 , for terrible food, and the service wasn't great either.

The food was actually really good, but the restaurant itself was dirty, which took away from the overall experience. My biggest concern, though, was that my daughter was overcharged by $8. She was originally given a bill for $48 and some change, but then the server came back with a ticket showing $55 and change. It felt a bit shady. The server told us she canceled the incorrect charge and corrected it, but as of now, we haven’t seen the refund go through. Disappointed with how this was handled.

Used to go to bdubs religiously on a weekly basis 10-15 years ago, nowadays its 1-2 per year. Mainly due to corporate greed & stinginess. Visited this location for the first time on 1/16/25 between 2:55pm-3:30pm. Tiny location, 95% wooden chairs, Only handful of booths. Capacity approx. 150 including small patio area. Had ordered their bogo wings, Only 2 issues was the wings weren't separated by flavor & 1 of the flavors sauces they seemed to skimp out on (half dry). When it comes to what your paying & getting its not like what it once was.
Buffalo Wild Wings has been our place for several years on Thursday nights Date night. But let me just say the last several times as been absolutely terrible!!! 45 minutes to get our wings just to be served not how they were ordered when we said something the assistant manager Heather got quite an attitude, ten minutes later we finally got them the way we ordered them, but they were cold!!! We never did get our tors we actually had to ask for this and surprise they were also cold. Applebees as an amazing Big Clucking Chicken Sandwich that comes with French Fries and a drink for only $9.99 I suggest you try that, we have never liked Applebees but apparently the food is getting way better there then BDubs

The new Buffalo chicken salad is fantastic. Good service and great food. The habanero wings were amazing as always and the onion ring appetizer was spot on!

Sooo bad they put us in the wet table that drips into your dress wet chair menu stick to the table server nowhere to found when we told their server that table is wet she replied back would you like your table dry? Duhhh!!!! Knock knock!!! Serves the wings first without sampler we have to say where is the sampler we ordered that too before they bring it to you server gave us a billl with all O00000000 in it and the total but no breakdown of what you ordered We have to call her again she reprinted a receipt but that was a wrong table # is not our ordered receipt wasn’t match with the other paper receipt OMG whatta nightmare.we have to call the manager its very confusing. We asked where is the drink menu she just said Maybe there she also wants me to show my ID when I ordered spirit free drinks.Hmmmm!!!! What the world
