From the food to the atmosphere, even the servers, everything is amazing! I tried the street tacos and I’ve never loved soft shell this much. Even my picky gf loved them! The food taste great, the booths and seats are comfortable and the lighting is amazing, and I LOVE the staff!! They’re so sweet and helpful. 10/10, I loved each visit, 1000% would recommend.

Tried to give them another chance, but a waste of time.Be prepared for slow service, all your wings mixed up on your order/not labeled, missing sauces, absence of sauces on wings, discussion with manager(she could not figure out the jumbled up sauces either) and how they will give a discount on the issues but then no itemized receipt that we are pretty sure did not have said discount.Use to be a great place but not anymore.UPDATE:Business responded with normal "go to our website and enter info in FAQ section." For the hell of it tried and it was a nightmare to find my location since I was not given an itemized receipt/location number and it can't search for the basic address of the store. What a joke of a way to address the issues that are present for this place. Best of luck as I will not be back after all this headache.

This was the 1st time being in a bdubs for me. Had the spicy ? cheeseburger and fries. And fried pickles too. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely go back soon.
Spent over an hour here and never got 1/3 of our ordered meals. Our table was only checked on once and that was only to refill alcohol. Asked for a glass of water twice which never came. When 2/3 of our meals finally reached our table they were wrong, about 1 hour into our time here 2/3 correct meals came so we said to just not bring out the 3rd because at this point we were honestly done. Waiter said "guess you'd like the bill then", which we did. The meal we never even got was still on the bill, had to get it changed not once but twice. Absolutely nobody seemed to know what was going on. I'd like to think this was an off day but our last few trips have progressively gotten worse, this day was not as busy as usual and the amount of mess ups was insane.

Once again another terrible showing by BWW fort dodge location. Time and time again this branch is understaffed and poorly ran. Group of 7 first 4 orders come out and the next 2 don't come out for 20 more minutes- one of the 2 orders were completely wrong. The last order didn't come out for another 15 minutes. The food was chilled and my order was wrong and I didn't bother mentioning it as I knew it would only prolong the entire group from eating and leaving. I love BWW and it is a shame this is the location we're left with. The waitress was very polite and Taylor the manager on shift was very polite. Something needs to change with this place. It's been like this from the beginning.

Very disappointing. Caesar salad came with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine, no Parmesan cheese. Wings were cold. And….out of 2 of the ipas listed on their menu. With other choices in fort dodge, I won’t go back.

Well my husband had his wings ate before I got my wrap, oh and they didn’t have any lettuce so I took the chips and salsa well they must have been scraping the bottom of the bowl for chips husband ordered another beer, took forever to get ( waiter forgot ) now here we sit for going in 15 minutes waiting for our check ! This is ridiculous ! It would be one thing if you were busy, but no, not busy either !!! Disgusted !!!!

Service was great. I had a burger and fries. The burger was good, but the fries tasted like they were made the day before, very hard and hollow. My son had boneless wings and fries, his fries were the same. His food came out way before mine and the restaurant only had a couple tables of people, so not very busy.
