My salad had so much rotten lettuce i was afraid to eat the good stuff. I asked them to substitute warm spicy chicken instead of cold and instead I got a plain grilled chicken patty they didn't cut up for the salad for some reason. They mis heard me ordering and I had to fill in the gaps at the window also. Ended up on the road hungry and disappointed

I'm not sure why this location just can't seem to get it together when it comes to mobile orders. Every single time I place an online order, they can't seem to find it and it ends up taking twice as long. I love chick fil a but this location is the worst I've ever been to. My orders are rarely ever correct, they sure do take a long time, and the employees are rude.

Both times I came i argued with the manager, they got my order wrong twice, wanted me to pay for them to fix my order I had already paid for plus there were 7 people behind me and all of them got served and helped before me
